Solitaire (Klondike Solitaire) 1.3.1

Apparently Klondike Solitaire is the game I used to call "Grandma's cards" because it was pretty much all she ever played. It is the typical, generic solitaire card game seen on every Windows machine (seemingly) ever.

Solitaire (Klondike Solitaire) is exactly this game again, with the standard handful of options you would expect. It is predictable, and totally unremarkable.

52 cards

Don't expect anything to rock your world when launching Solitaire (Klondike Solitaire) - it is the popular card game with no extras or special themes. Your only options are to switch between three and five-card draw, or select Vegas scoring.

This is a basic version of a basic game, but it is free with only a few inoffensive ads that stay nicely out of the way of the game itself when playing.

12 face cards

Both tap and drag controls are available in Solitaire (Klondike Solitaire). A quick tap of the desired card will send it to any open spot, or if you want to feel more in control you can hold and pull it to the desired location manually.

Mistakes can be quickly reversed with the undo button, a small but necessary nod to the fact that even with such a simple interface users will make mistakes... or just want to cheat from time to time.

4 suits

There are no visual twists in Solitaire (Klondike Solitaire). No special decks, no interesting tables, or bizarre suits. While this may sound like a negative, it does make everything very crisp and clear (even on smaller displays). Add to this some slight shading on cards with available moves, and you are left with an incredibly friendly interface for inexperienced users.

There are a lot of card games on the Google Play Store, and there is very little to make Solitaire (Klondike Solitaire) stand out from the crowd.
